Do you sell in any retailers?
We will be moving into select retailers throughout 2016. If you’re a retailer and are interested in carrying our line, say hello@partandwhole.com

Do you have more products?
Yes! But you’ll have to wait to see them. Please sign up for our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know about our future releases.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made by a team of skilled craftspeople and dutiful robots in a facility in British Columbia, Canada.

Can you produce a custom size/finish?
In some instances yes. Get in touch with us and tell us about your project!

Orders & Payments

How is my order processed?
All online orders are processed using Stripe, an industry leading payment processor. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is not dissimilar to an olympic gold medal in online credit card security.

What type of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We can also accept bank transfers and credit card orders via phone.

What currency do you sell in?
We sell in USD and CAD at this time. The currency displayed is a result of your IP address’s location, however your billing address will ultimately determine your currency at checkout. All orders outside of North America are charged in USD.

Industry Professionals

Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes! We are currently working on a trade webpage with downloadable resources and an overview of our trade discount program. In the meantime, send us an email or give us a call and we’d be happy to give you the details.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However online checkout is currently limited to Canada and the United States. If you are outside of North America, let us know and we can help you place your order.

What is your return/cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted with no penalty within 5 business days of placing an order. Any accepted returns will be subject to a restocking fee. However, as we manufacture orders on demand, we are generally unable to accept returns at this time.

How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to ship all orders in 4-6 weeks, but depending on stock levels we can sometimes speed that up dramatically. If your order is time sensitive, let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.

Is maple syrup really the national beverage of Canada?
Yes.
