Last month we celebrated the launch of Loose Parts at Lichen NYC. To kick off the program we produced a limited edition version of the LM Stool by Nigerian designer Nifemi Marcus-Bello, as well as a Zine featuring an interview between Nifemi and our Art Director Tom Chung, alongside production documentation of the stools in Victoria, BC. The event was hosted at Lichen's new Ridgewood showroom and workshop as part of the NYCxDESIGN festival. In addition to the limited run of stools and zines, the event also presented pieces from both our Total and Chord collections in-person for the first time since debuting them online last year. A huge thank you to everyone who was able to make it out to the event and especially to Nifemi and the whole team at Lichen for making this project happen and continuing to push some of the most important conversations happening in design today.
