Free shipping on all sofa orders within Canada and the contiguous USA.

WHERE WE DELIVER

Online orders are limited to Canada/USA, but we are able to ship worldwide via our freight partners. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

TIMELINES

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping within Canada and the USA. Depending on the product configuration ordered faster timelines may be possible, so let us know if you have any special requirements. Production lead times vary and are noted on each product page.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

Once your product has left our facility, you will be contacted (via phone) by our shipping partner to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note: you must schedule an appointment in order to receive your package, so please let us know if you are experiencing any difficulties with this process and we will be happy to assist.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Our 'White Glove' delivery option includes the package being moved into in your room of choice. If you require assembly services and/or debris removal, please enquire for a custom quote (where available).

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders to the USA are both tax and duty free. Orders within Canada are subject to either GST or HST depending on the province, while customers in BC pay both GST and PST. All other orders are tax free, but may be subject to duties and/or other import charges upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an item has entered production, cancellation is not possible. However, there is generally a small window of time (48-72 hours) between ordering and production, so please contact us ASAP if you would like to request a cancellation. If your order has already entered production, cancellation is considered a return and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Note: special order products are not eligible for cancellation.

RETURNS

In the event that you receive your product and it does not meet your expectations, we will accept returns on any product in new condition within 30 days. Return shipping and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once we inspect and verify the condition of the product, we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you would like more information and/or to initiate a return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If anything doesn't look right with your order upon arrival, please email us with photo documentation and we will get it taken care of as quickly as possible.
